Meet Jacqueline Wetherbee, NP-C, our dermatology provider here at Habit™.⁠ We strive to take a holistic approach to skincare. We look at your skincare journey in three ways: at-home skincare, a well-thought-out treatment plan, and a holistic dermatology approach. ⁠Jacqueline focuses on treating skin conditions from the inside out. Her passion for holistic, regenerative skin health aligns perfectly with our goals for the experience we want to deliver to our clients at Habit.

  • We don't accept health insurance for our services, but we do accept payments through Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). This allows our clients to use pre-tax dollars to cover the costs of their appointments, treatments, and any prescribed medications or services.

  • All providers care for patients starting at the age of twelve. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

While dermatologists are physicians with extensive medical training, NPs with autonomous practice authority in dermatology have advanced nursing education and training, coupled with the ability to practice independently within their scope of practice. They both are extremely knowledgeable and have spent an extensive amount of time studying and practicing in the dermatology field.

  • We can do minor removals in the treatment room and send them off for biopsy, beyond that we will refer you to a local surgeon who specializes in your diagnosis.

  • Jacqueline specializes in crafting strategic plans tailored to enhance your skin health. With her expertise, she can prescribe medication to address specific concerns or collaborate with a compounding pharmacy to formulate customized medications suited to your skin's needs. Additionally, Jacqueline offers personalized recommendations for vitamins and supplements that can support and optimize your skin's health and appearance.

  • We recommend having your body checked yearly for any signs of skin cancer. Early detection is key! For patients with a history of skin cancer, such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, or melanoma, semi-annual and even quarterly visits are recommended.

  • During your consultation with Jacqueline, she will engage you in a series of questions to gain insight into your lifestyle and specific skin concerns. Armed with this comprehensive understanding, she will craft a personalized plan tailored to address your unique skin condition, concerns, and lifestyle factors.
