This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes how Sugar and Hive, LLC d/b/a Habit Med Spa and Facial Bar (hereinafter, “Habit”, “we,” “our” or “us”) collects, stores and uses personal information about you when you visit our website—www.goodskinhabit.com (the “Site”), when you use any mobile application that we provide (the “App”) (collectively, “Services”) and/or any other information that you provide to us by any other means; how we protect this personal information; and the choices that you can make about your information. In this privacy policy, “you” means any person who visits our Site, uses our Services, communicates with us by phone, email, text, or visits our locations.

Habit reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of Services or use of our Site or app after we make changes is deemed as acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

Our Services are not intended for children. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Services. If we learn or have reason to believe that a user is under eighteen (18) years of age without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will promptly delete any personal information related to said user.

WE DO NOT SELL, TRADE, TRANSFER YOUR INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF THE SITUATIONS LISTES ABOVE, UNLESS YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT.

COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES; DO NOT TRACK 

We, along with third parties, use cookies, Web beacons, flash cookies or Local Shared Objects, persistent device identifiers, advertising identifiers and other technologies. These technologies are used for tracking, advertising, analytics and personalization and optimization of the Service.

  7. Persistent Device Identifiers. Persistent device identifiers are unique strings that are associated with the mobile device that you use to connect to the App. Persistent device identifiers may be modified or disabled by sophisticated users. 

  8. Advertising Identifiers. Advertising identifiers are unique strings associated with your mobile device provided by the operating system. Advertising identifiers may be modified or disabled by users in the operating system settings. 

  9. Third parties may collect personally identifiable information about an individual user's online activities over time and across different Internet services when a user uses the Service. 

  10. Users in the United States may opt out of many third party ad networks. For example, you may go to the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Consumer Choice Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and choices regarding having information used by DAA companies. You may also go to the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) Consumer Opt-Out Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and choices regarding having information used by third party companies who are NAI members

While we take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit via the Services against loss, theft and unauthorized use, misuse, or disclosure or modification, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. No Internet, electronic communication or mobile application transmission is ever fully secure. You should use caution whenever submitting information through the Services and exercise care in deciding what information you provide. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information by keeping your passwords confidential and safe.

YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION 

You have choices regarding the use of information on the Services. 

  1. Changing Your Information. You may make changes to your information, including accessing your information, correcting or updating your information or deleting your information by contacting us.  See below for “Contact Us”. 

  2. Email Communications. You can make changes regarding receiving email communications from us by opting out of such communications. Simply unsubscribe. See below for “Contact Us”.

  3. Text Messages and Phone Calls. By providing your mobile number to us, you agree to receive marketing messages, alerts, information regarding an appointment or service via autodialed text message or by phone call. You consent to receiving phone calls and messages for any other reason not listed above. Consent is not a condition of purchase. To unsubscribe, simply reply STOP or you may email or send your request in writing. See the “Contact Us” section below.

  4. Push Notifications. You may at any time request opt-out from allowing us to send to you push notifications by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device. 

  5. Cookies and Other Technologies; Do Not Track. Please see Cookies and Other Technologies; Do Not Track above. 

  6. Online Account Access. If you have registered for an online account with us, we allow you to access and update certain personal information that you have provided to us. You may make a request to access this information by sending an email or writing to us specified in the “Contact Us” section below. We are not able to grant all access requests, and additional information may be requested in order to verify your identity.

  7. Geographic Location. You may choose not to provide your geographic location to us in connection with your use of an App by declining any prompt requesting geographic location information, and by customizing your mobile device settings to prevent sharing of geographic location information. 

  8. Social Networking. You should make sure you are comfortable with the information that a third-party social networking service may make available to us by carefully reviewing the service’s privacy policy and terms and conditions and by modifying your privacy settings directly on that service. 

  9. Retention. We will retain your information for as long as you use the Services and for three (3) years after such Service and in accordance with the terms on this Privacy Policy. 

  10. Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information. You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information by emailing or writing to us as referenced in the “Contact Us” section below.

UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically, and before you provide any information. We will update the Privacy Policy on our Site with the date of the update. By using our Site, our Services, our App, or by visiting our locations you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
