BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Appointments can be made online at www.goodskinhabit.com, by calling or texting 804-491-4111, in person at our locations, on the Boulevard app by searching Habit Med Spa and Facial Bar, or by email at hello@goodskinhabit.com.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your start date to check in for your appointment, complete any required paperwork, and to prepare for your service. If you do not arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service we include the time that it takes to complete your paperwork, prepare for your appointment, and check in as part of your appointment time and your service/treatment time is shortened.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT MORE THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED SERVICE (EARLY CANCEL)

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled more than 24 hours before your scheduled service by calling or texting us at 804-491-4111, in person at our locations, on the Boulevard app by searching Habit Med Spa and Facial Bar and visiting your scheduled appointments in your profile, or by email at hello@goodskinhabit.com. There is not a fee for canceling 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE (LATE CANCEL)

Appointments canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of your scheduled service will result in a fee of 50% of the price of the scheduled service or $150, whichever is less. After three (3) occurrences you will be required to pay in full for all future services and you will be required to book your services with a member of our front desk team.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will kindly reschedule your service and a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service or $150, whichever is less, will be charged. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled service time, we will adjust the service time to fit with the allotted time that is left in your service window. After 3 occurrences of arriving late we will require you to prepay for your future services and your appointments will be scheduled by a member of our front desk team.

FAILURE TO SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT (NO SHOW)

If you schedule a Service and fail to show for it (a “No Show” situation), you will be charged 100% of the service cost or $150; whichever is less, and you will forfeit the deposit collected to schedule the appointment. If the credit card on file declines, you will be required to pay the fee before you are able to schedule any future appointments with us and your ability to book future services will be terminated if the balance for the fee remains on your account.

PAYMENT OF SERVICES

A credit card is required to schedule a service with us and in some instances, we require a deposit for certain services. We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover. We will make up to three (3) attempts to reach you to update your account with a credit card number prior to your service. If we do not have a credit card on file twenty-four (24) hours prior to your service, the appointment will be canceled, and you will receive an email and/or text confirmation.
